SUCCESS STORY OF RITESH SAXENA : ASSISTANT MANAGER IN SYNDICATE BANK

It was a tough decision to leave a leading Pvt sector company to start preparing to join a PSU bank, but I went for it taking risk of my smoothly n fastly growing career.
I was not sure about my fate in exams as this was my first time going for a Govt Sector exam. People said that there is no surety of landing in the place of your choice so continue with the stuff you have. But it was my own decision and I stood with it. I started in Feb 12 just before Specialist Officer Exam. My focus was not just to clear exam but to hit BULL's Eye with final selection.

I insisted on more practice than just learning n memorizing things. As everybody has their strengths n weakness so do I had both My Strength was English section and My Weakness (BAD DREAM) was the most important and scoring section MATHEMATICS.. I started stressing on Maths and gave 75% of my extra time which I save in handling English section to Maths. As I would say TIME MANAGEMENT is the deciding factor in clearing a PO paper practicing gave me fair enough insight for Time Mgmnt..

After all this preparation, I was able to clear all major PO exams including RRB exam and finally landed into Syndicate Bank. This is all about in short.

I would like to thank J P for giving me this platform to share my experience and wish all the best to all who have started career in banking and Good Luck to all who are preparing for this time.
