“FAILURE IS BEING PART OF SUCCESS” - Subrat (Clerk- ANDHRA BANK)

Hello Friends,

I am subrat, Here I am for sharing my story of getting selected as Clerk in  “ ANDHRA BANK” with great pleasure and happiness. I thank everyone who supported me when I was in a state of Despair, Disappointment and Degradation. I thank everyone who showed faith and trust on me. I thank to the Almighty, My Parents, my lovely Sisters, my Friends(Biswaranjan ,Ranjit and Sachismin), the Faculties of Career Power, Bankers Adda and everyone else who helped me to get up of all that mess and always motivated me to get whatever I wish.

I am a Middle class boy from ODISHA (kendrapara district). I completed my graduation in
Electronics Engineering in   the year 2012 from B.I.E.T College(BHADRAK).Then i started searching for job, gave interviews in 2-3 companies and also appeared for state level government jobs but still no luck and that’s how my 2012 is over. Now came 2013 and I again pack myself for new journey, searched for job and finally decided to go Bangalore  but maybe God has planned something else for me.Due to some financial problem i cancelled my  tour to Bangalore. Then i had worked in civil(survey) Company for 6 months, due certain heath problem i decided to leave that job. As i from ETC branch ,i  took training in telecom sector, despite in this way 3 month had gone ,i have not still engaged in any . I felt really disheartened at that time. But my family was always there to support me and encourage me. They always told me something better is waiting for you.

I decided to prepare for Bank exams and i didn’t go to any coaching classes. As we know self study is very effective , so i prepared myself. I gave my first banking exam that is IBPS SO that occured in 09-02-2014 , know my trouble that problem solving within limit , unnecessary attempt of doubtful qstn , shivering when see  the English qstn. After knowing my fault finally decided to get admitted in RCB(banking coaching centre)for  practicing different types of previous  paper and clarify my doubt from my friend sachismin(who always gives inspiration to me) , i always focus on my weak section. my suggestion to new comers that first you focus on different kind of qstn and then practice more and more  as u can to get under accuracy and within time limit and attend only those part first you are strong enough.

In August I came to contact with Bankersadda when one of my friend told me about  BA capsule for SBI PO exam. I found it very good and useful. I came home and on Google I searched for Bankersadda  SBI PO capsule and downloaded it and seriously it helped me a lot in clearing my GA section. After giving my exam I visit Bankersadda and was a silent observer for few days as I was shy to comment and slowly I get to know about moderators and Shruti Mam…So I also start commenting and participating in quizzes…Really BA quizzes are awesome and they helped me a lot and the Gk quizzes organized by quiz masters every evening specially.

I always tried to maintain accuracy as I know it’s a key factor in scoring good scores in exams.

After that I gave more exams
SBI Clerk – 109 (not qualified)
RRB Clerk – 150(waiting for interview)
RRB PO-99(waiting for interview)
IBPS PO – 78 (not qualified)
IBPS ClerkSelected in ANDHRA BANK(73.5 out of 100) and 150 in written
IBPS SO –89( not qualified)

I dedicate my success story to The Almighty, my parents,my  friends(biswaranjan and ranjit)and Shruti Mam and to whole BA family.

My message to all those aspirants that “Hardwork Pays”.Dont give up.....after all, failure is  being part of success. At last I would  like to say to all those students who didn’t get success, work hard with your complete honesty and you will surely crack the exam and interview.

”BEST OF LUCK GUYS”
