Success Story- Vimal Ghosh

Hi Friends.......

I am really very much thankful to Bankers adda team due to there intense hard work and guidance which helped me lot in my preparation. I passed out from my engineering in the year 2012 and after that i got a lot of opportunities in IT sector but they were no at all satisfactory becoz in my life i am having some principles that wherever you work even if you earn less money but it should have a respect. Then i started preparing for bank exams and in the initial exam i was not knowing about bankers adda and after some time of preparation i cam to know about BA and i realized that it is more than sufficient for those who want guidance and material for their preparation.

When i was preparing for the exams my parents insisted me to join a coaching, but according to my view no coaching can make you successful until you work hard. In the year 2013-14 i gave lot of exams and i missed the battle by some inches but i never lost my faith because to be successful first of all you should believe in yourself that i can do it rather than anyone else. During my journey i had seen a lot of downs and downs and the worst day came when i missed the IBPS PO 4 all the hopes from my family were getting diminished in the dark.My father is the only worker in my family and it was getting difficult to manage the things day by day.In this exams the margin for error is very less so we have to be consistent. You cant always win but don't be afraid to move forward. Most of us want to be successful but i want to share some of the small things which i learnt during my journey

First and the most is you have to decide who you want to be, how you gonna do it. Everyone has immense potential to achieve success any yourself why i cannot achieve. Its not how much you fail its about how strong you can be after every defeat and keep moving forward and learn from your mistakes .I never blame luck for the failures i had in my journey because i think i was lucky that i was having an opportunity and a lot of people with me.We can make alot of excuses but it is better to fight our way back and hit hard to make it down.I read everyday a lot of friends saying i am not good at maths or English etc but we should work on those areas to make it more stronger as possible.Have a dream day and night and believe that i can do it.Its possible to achieve what you want but its necessary to go out for what is yours.

In every exams which i lost earlier i think i was a bit more closer to pass the exams and i can do it in the next exam. The more we work the more we are closer towards our dream.I have seen lot of people complaining that this year vacancy is less or more don't ever think about vacancies or panic about the cutoff because its not you who decide the cutoff but its you who can decide how you perform in the exam and give your best as much as you can. get out of your comfort zone and make it hard because its not easy.

Never give up. Almost nothing works the first time it's attempted. Just because what you're doing does not seem to be working, doesn't mean it won't work. It just means that it might not work the way you're doing it. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it, and you wouldn't have an opportunity.Practicing the things regularly can make you get more closer and closer.Don't run behind shortcuts becoz there is no shortcut in life you have to bear it.

For those of my friends who lost the battle this year please don't loose hope and try and try as much as you can because you never know how closer you are. Follow BA religiously to be a part of success because these are those who are transforming the way of education and help which they provide to all of us who are in need.

They gave an opportunity to share my experience with those who needed.
BANKERS ADDA KI JAI HO.............BANKERS ADDA HAMARE DIL ME HA........

So Finally my friends wish you all the best for your future endeavours...........Believe in yourself...
